WhatsApp AI chatbot pricing in the Philippines, explained plainly

Most WhatsApp AI chatbot pricing in the Philippines is quoted in US dollars, priced per agent seat or per contact, with the AI as an optional extra and Meta's message fees somewhere in the small print. If you run a resort in Palawan or a dental clinic in Makati, that makes it hard to know what you will actually pay each month.

NextReply works differently. You pay one flat monthly price based on how many bookings the AI makes for you, and the AI receptionist is included on every plan. Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial. This page shows the three plans, explains Meta's own WhatsApp fees and how paying in US dollars works, and helps you choose the right plan for a Philippine business with local and overseas clients.

Three plans, priced by bookings

PlanPrice per monthBookings per monthTypical Philippine fit
Starter$29Up to 500Boutique resort or dive shop, single-dentist clinic, independent property agent
Pro (most popular)$59Up to 1,500Dental clinic with several chairs and foreign patients, mid-size resort, busy aesthetic clinic
Business$99UnlimitedReal estate sellers with a CRM, multi-branch clinics, resort groups

Prices are in US dollars and are the same in every country. At checkout, your card or bank may show an estimate in your local currency, and the peso amount on your statement depends on your bank's rate. Local taxes may apply. Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial.

Every plan includes the AI receptionist replying 24/7 on WhatsApp, voice-note and photo understanding, multilingual replies (English, Taglish, and your foreign clients' languages), Google Calendar booking, chat handoff to your team and a bookings dashboard with calendar view.

What counts as a booking

A booking is an appointment or call the AI confirms and adds to your calendar: a dental consultation, a dive trip, a spa treatment, a video viewing call with an OFW buyer. Questions that do not end in a booking, such as "Magkano po?" or "Do you have airport transfers?", are not counted. Reschedules of an existing booking are not counted either. A boutique resort booking 8 activities and calls a day uses about 240 a month, comfortably inside Starter.

Do I also pay WhatsApp (Meta) fees?

Yes. Meta charges for WhatsApp Business Platform messages separately from NextReply. Since July 2025 Meta charges per delivered template message, at rates set by country and category. Template messages are those your business starts, such as follow-ups after a chat has gone quiet and promotions. NextReply's appointment reminders are coming soon and will be templates too.

A detail that matters in the Philippines: Meta's rates depend on the country of the recipient's phone number, not your country. If many of your clients are abroad, for example foreign guests with UK or Korean numbers or OFWs with UAE or Saudi numbers, templates to them are billed at those countries' rates. Replies inside the 24-hour customer-service window are free. Check Meta's current WhatsApp pricing page (linked below) for exact numbers. NextReply's plan price covers the AI, booking and dashboard; Meta's fees are separate.

From first message to confirmed booking
  1. Customer message: “Any slot tomorrow afternoon?”
  2. AI receptionist: Reads service, date and time
  3. Checks your calendar: Offers only free slots
  4. Confirms in the chat: Name, service and time
  5. Booked: In Google Calendar, owner alerted

Paying in US dollars, taxes and receipts

Prices are in US dollars. At checkout, your card or bank may show an estimate in your local currency; the final peso amount depends on your bank's exchange rate and any card fees. Local taxes may apply, and any tax is shown at checkout and on your invoice. If your accountant needs specific details on the receipt, email hello@nextreply.io or contact us before you subscribe; existing customers can reach support@nextreply.io.

Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time and stop at the end of the paid period; we don't refund partial months unless the law requires it.

Business owner answering customer messages on her smartphone

Which plan fits your business

  • Dive shop in Moalboal or a small resort in Siargao: Starter. You need instant replies across time zones and bookings for dives, tours and calls.
  • Dental clinic in Makati or BGC with balikbayan patients: Pro. Full conversation history lets you see what a patient asked months before their visit home.
  • Resort with a spa and restaurant in Boracay: Pro, so the team can review past chats and update packages through the season.
  • Property seller handling OFW buyers: Business. Every viewing call goes to your CRM by webhook, so no lead is lost between agents.

24/7 coverage without a night shift

Many Philippine businesses with overseas clients solve the time-zone problem with people: a front-desk staff member on a graveyard shift, a virtual assistant replying from home, or the owner answering WhatsApp at 2am. Each option works until someone gets sick, resigns or simply falls asleep. They also cost far more each month than any NextReply plan, before you count the 13th-month pay, mandatory contributions and overtime that come with a night-shift hire.

NextReply does not replace your team; it covers the hours they should not be working. The AI answers rates, availability and FAQs instantly, books what can be booked and leaves the rest summarised for the morning. Your staff then spend their shift on the clients who need a person: the custom package, the treatment plan, the buyer ready to pay a reservation fee.

What to prepare before you start

  • Your WhatsApp Business number and access to the app on your phone.
  • A Google Calendar for each dentist, dive guide, therapist, room or agent.
  • Your services or packages with durations, peso prices and, if you quote foreigners in dollars, your dollar prices too.
  • FAQs on location, transfers, payment methods, deposits, cancellations and what to bring.
  • The name of the staff member who should receive handoffs and new-booking notifications.

Messenger, Instagram and Telegram: coming soon

WhatsApp is the channel NextReply runs on today, and it is live on every plan. Facebook Messenger, which most local Filipino clients use, is coming soon, along with Instagram DMs and Telegram, all from the same knowledge base and calendar. We will publish how those channels fit the plans when they launch, so we will not guess here. See the Messenger chatbot page for the Philippines for what is planned and how to get ready, and the full channels overview. Email hello@nextreply.io to hear when Messenger goes live. Viber is not supported.

The real cost per booking

Take a dental clinic in Ortigas on Pro ($59 a month) booking 400 appointments through WhatsApp. That is about fifteen US cents per booking before any Meta template fees, and booking confirmations are sent inside the chat the patient started. Compare that with what one missed overseas enquiry is worth: a balikbayan patient planning implants, crowns and cleaning for the whole family. For most appointment businesses, a single extra booking a month covers the plan.

GCash and Maya questions from your clients

Your NextReply subscription is charged in US dollars at checkout, usually by card. Your clients, though, will ask the AI how to pay you: GCash, Maya, bank transfer or remittance for overseas clients. NextReply does not process those payments. Add your payment instructions to the FAQ and the AI shares them; your staff confirm payments and reservation fees.

How this compares

Seat-based WhatsApp tools suit teams running large broadcasts. For a business that mainly answers enquiries and books appointments, a flat price with the AI included is easier to budget. Questions people ask

Are prices in pesos?

No. Prices are $29, $59 and $99 a month in US dollars, the same in every country. At checkout, your card or bank may show an estimate in pesos. Local taxes may apply.

Do I pay Meta's WhatsApp fees separately?

Yes. Meta bills template messages your business starts, such as promotions, per message at the rate for the recipient's country; replies inside the 24-hour customer-service window are free. NextReply's price covers the AI, booking and dashboard.

Is an AI chatbot allowed on WhatsApp?

Yes for business assistants. Meta's 2026 terms bar general-purpose AI chatbots, but booking and customer-service assistants with human handoff, like NextReply, are allowed.

Is there a free trial?

Yes. Every plan, Starter, Pro and Business, starts with a 7-day free trial. Connect WhatsApp, load your services and let the AI book real clients before your first payment.

Can I pay with GCash or Maya?

Your subscription is charged in US dollars through the checkout, which shows the payment options available. Your clients can still ask the AI about GCash or Maya, and it shares the payment instructions you provide.

Do Messenger bookings count toward my plan?

Messenger is coming soon, and we will publish how it fits the plans when it launches. Today every plan covers WhatsApp bookings in full.

Is Viber included?

No. Viber is not supported.

Can I change plans later?

Yes. You can move to a bigger plan when your bookings grow.
