About us
We build the front desk small businesses can't afford to staff 24/7
NextReply is an AI receptionist for WhatsApp, built in Dubai for service businesses that cannot staff a front desk 24/7 but cannot afford to miss a booking either.

Why NextReply exists
Walk into almost any small service business at 7pm and you will see the same thing: the last client is in the chair, the owner is tidying up, and a phone on the counter is lighting up with WhatsApp messages nobody has time to read. "Do you have anything tomorrow?" "How much is a filling?" "Can I bring my son for a trial class on Saturday?" By the time someone answers the next morning, some of those people have booked elsewhere.
Big companies solve this with a reception team on shifts. A two-chair salon, a family dental practice or a one-van plumbing business cannot. We started NextReply to give those businesses the front desk they cannot afford to staff around the clock: an AI receptionist for WhatsApp that answers every message, books appointments into Google Calendar and hands the conversation to a person when a person is needed.
That is the whole company in one paragraph. We are not building a general chatbot or a marketing broadcast tool. We are building one thing well: the part of your business that turns a message into a booking.

A two-minute walkthrough of the real app: connect WhatsApp, set up your receptionist, start the free trial and go live.
What the video shows
- Connect your WhatsApp number through Meta
- Set up your AI receptionist: name, tone, language, opening hours and handover to a person
- Choose a plan ($29, $59 or $99 a month) and start the 7-day free trial, with checkout by Stripe
- You’re live: the AI replies 24/7 and books appointments into your calendar
What NextReply does, in plain terms
- Answers 24/7 on WhatsApp, in the customer's own language, from the services, prices, hours and FAQs you give it.
- Books appointments: it collects name, service, date and time, checks Google Calendar so nothing is double-booked, and confirms in the chat.
- Understands voice notes and photos, because that is how many people actually use WhatsApp.
- Hands off to your team automatically for anything outside its job, and notifies the owner of every new booking.
- Works alongside the WhatsApp Business app through Coexistence, so nobody has to give up the app they know.
- Will add Instagram DMs, Facebook Messenger and Telegram. Those channels are coming soon; WhatsApp is the product today.
The full list is on our features page, and the booking conversation is shown step by step on the appointment booking page.

How we make product decisions
The booking is the product
When we decide what to build next, we ask whether it gets more customers from "hi" to a confirmed appointment, or makes that appointment more likely to happen. Booking confirmations in the chat, passing reschedule requests to your team and owner notifications all came from that question, and so did appointment reminders, which are built and coming soon once Meta approves the message templates. Features that only make a dashboard look busier do not.
Setup should take an afternoon
Our customers are not software teams. You describe your business and the AI works from that. There are no flows to draw and no scripts to maintain. See how it works.
Prices should be readable by a salon owner
Three plans, priced by bookings per month: up to 500, up to 1,500, or unlimited. No contact counts or seat maths. Details are on the pricing page.
Be honest about limits
We say what NextReply does not do: it is not a POS, it does not take orders for restaurants, it books into Google Calendar rather than every calendar, and it is not a large broadcast suite. We would rather you choose the right tool than the wrong one from us.
Built to follow WhatsApp's 2026 business rules
Since January 2026, WhatsApp's Business Solution Terms have not allowed general-purpose AI chatbots on the platform. AI that helps a business serve its own customers is still allowed, and that is the only thing NextReply does.
- The AI answers questions about your business, using information you provide.
- It books, answers FAQs and passes reschedule or cancel requests to your team. It does not offer open-ended chat on any topic.
- It hands conversations to your team when a customer needs a person, and for sensitive topics such as clinical questions or complaints.
- Business-initiated messages, such as the appointment reminders we are preparing (coming soon), must use Meta-approved templates and require customer opt-in.
We read Meta's policies closely because our customers' WhatsApp numbers depend on them. You can read the same terms on WhatsApp's legal site.
- Unusual request: Complaint, refund or special case
- AI receptionist: Knows when to step back
- Answers from your FAQs: Services, hours and prices / Hands the chat over: Your team is notified
- Your team replies: Same chat, full history
How we handle data, in summary
Your customers trust you with their messages, and you trust us with them. Our approach, in short:
- We process conversation data to provide the service: replying, booking, notifying you and showing history in your dashboard.
- Your business owns its customer data. We act on your instructions as a processor for the conversations we handle on your behalf.
- We use a small number of specialist providers, such as Meta for WhatsApp delivery, Google for calendar sync, and hosting and AI infrastructure providers, under contracts that limit how they use data.
- We keep sensitive topics out of the AI's job. For clinics, the AI books and answers logistics; it never gives medical advice.
The full detail, including your rights and how to contact us about data, is in our Privacy Policy, linked in the footer.
What changes for a business on day one
Here is what we hope a typical first week looks like. On Monday afternoon the owner connects their WhatsApp number, keeps the WhatsApp Business app on their phone, and spends an hour adding services, durations, prices, staff and the questions customers always ask. That evening, the first message after closing gets an answer in seconds instead of the next morning. By Wednesday the owner has stopped checking the phone between every client, because each new booking arrives as a notification with the details already in the calendar.
By the end of the week, the owner usually adjusts a few things: a clearer answer about parking, a longer slot for a colour treatment, a rule that complaints always go to a person. That tuning is the point. The AI is only as good as the information it works from, and you stay in control of that information.
What does not change is the relationship with the customer. They still talk to your business, in your name, on the channel they chose. NextReply simply makes sure someone answers.

Who we build for
Our customers are service businesses that live on appointments: salons and barbers, spas, dental and medical clinics, gyms and studios, tutors and coaching centres, restaurants taking table bookings, estate agents booking viewings, home-service teams and garages. Each sector has its own page in our industries hub, because a dental recall and a spin class are not the same booking.
We build with WhatsApp-first markets in mind: the Gulf, South Asia, Southeast Asia, Latin America, Southern Europe and the UK. That is why multilingual replies and voice-note understanding are in every plan, not add-ons.
Company details
NextReply is operated by Meridian Digital, Business Bay, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Every plan is priced in US dollars, the same in every country: Starter $29, Pro $59 and Business $99 a month, each with a 7-day free trial. At checkout, your card or bank may show an estimate in your local currency, and local taxes may apply. The marketing site you are reading lives at nextreply.io; the product itself runs at app.nextreply.io, where you sign up and log in.
We publish practical guides on WhatsApp pricing, policy, reminders and bookings on our blog. If you want to talk to a person about anything on this page, from data handling to an agency arrangement, use our contact page or email hello@nextreply.io. Existing customers can reach support@nextreply.io. A member of the team reads every message.
WhatsApp first, other channels where customers are
WhatsApp is where most of our customers' bookings start, and it remains our lead channel. But people also DM businesses on Instagram, message Facebook Pages and use Telegram. Instagram, Messenger and Telegram are coming soon. When they launch, the agent will use the same services and FAQs and book into the same calendar. Until then, voice notes, photos and booking work on WhatsApp only, and that is where we focus. Each channel has its own rules, such as Meta's 24-hour reply window on Instagram and Messenger, and we explain them openly on the channels overview. If you want to hear when a channel goes live, email hello@nextreply.io.

What does NextReply not do?
It is not a point-of-sale system, it does not take food orders, it is not a broadcast suite for large marketing lists, and it does not give medical, legal or financial advice. It answers, books and hands off.
