Link your WhatsApp Business number. Instagram, Messenger and Telegram are coming soon.
Add services, prices, working hours and FAQs, then choose how the assistant sounds.
Customers get replies in seconds, bookings land in Google Calendar and you get a notification for each one.

From a family physician in Johar Town to a specialist clinic in Clifton or a diagnostic centre in Islamabad's Blue Area, the same questions arrive all day: timings, fees, which doctor is in, how to get lab reports. NextReply books by doctor and passes reports and medical questions to staff. See the Pakistan clinics page.
Check-ups, scaling, root canals and braces need several visits. The assistant books each one and confirms it in the chat; automatic reminders are coming soon. Read the dental clinics page.
Salons on MM Alam Road, in DHA Lahore's Y-Block, in Zamzama and in Islamabad's F-6 and F-7 markets live on WhatsApp and Instagram. Bridal makeup, mehndi and barat bookings, party makeup and Chand Raat rushes all start with a message.
Tuition academies, O and A Level tutors, gyms and AC service or home-cleaning companies get booking requests that follow the same pattern: question, preferred time, booking.
Across all of these, the payoff is the same: messages that used to wait until morning become bookings tonight, and your staff spend their day with the customers in front of them instead of typing the same answers about rates, timings and directions.
NextReply is a WhatsApp chatbot for Pakistani clinics, salons, academies and service businesses that works as a receptionist, not a menu of buttons. Customers write in Roman Urdu, Urdu, English or a mix, or send a voice note. The assistant understands them, answers questions about your services, offers real free slots, books the appointment into Google Calendar and hands the chat to your staff when needed.
In Pakistan, business happens on WhatsApp. Patients ask "Doctor sahab aaj aayenge?", brides send "Mehndi ke din ka package kitne ka hai?", parents ask about academy timings at 11pm. Most businesses answer these by hand, between customers, often hours later. NextReply answers in seconds, at any hour, and keeps your existing number.
Google Calendar works on every plan. Zapier, Make, Google Sheets and HubSpot connect on the Business plan.
WhatsApp is live on every plan. Instagram, Messenger and Telegram are coming soon and will use the same services, hours and answers.
Pakistani customers rarely write formal Urdu on WhatsApp. They type Roman Urdu with English mixed in, spell words five different ways and skip punctuation. A typical message to a salon in Gulberg:
Client: Salam kal 5 baje blow dry ho jaye ga? aur rate kya hai
NextReply: Walaikum Salam! Ji, kal 5 baje Sana ke saath slot free hai. Blow dry ka rate Rs. 2,500 hai (medium hair). Book kar doon?
Client: han kar dein
NextReply: Ho gaya! Blow dry, kal 5:00 PM, Sana ke saath. Aapka naam bata dein please?
The assistant understands "kal" from context, copes with "ho jaye ga", "hojayega" and "ho jayega" alike, and replies in the same register the customer uses: Roman Urdu for Roman Urdu, English for English, Urdu script for Urdu script. Prices in this example are illustrative; it quotes only the rates you load.
Many Pakistani customers would rather speak than type, especially older patients, busy professionals and anyone messaging from a rickshaw or a car. A voice note like "Mujhe Dr. Ayesha se Saturday ko check-up karwana hai, subah ke time" is understood and answered in text, so the booking details are written down for both sides.
Voice notes in Punjabi-flavoured Urdu, Sindhi or Pashto-accented Urdu and English are common too. The assistant handles the everyday mix and replies clearly. If it is unsure about something important, such as the patient's name or the doctor, it asks a short follow-up instead of guessing.
Pakistani owners who want WhatsApp automation usually find three options. A freelancer can build a custom bot, often with a menu of numbered buttons ("Press 1 for timings"). It costs a one-off fee, then needs fixing every time something changes, and customers rarely press the buttons anyway. A WhatsApp API provider can sell you broadcasts and a shared inbox, which is useful for promotions but still needs a person to answer each booking. Or you can use an AI receptionist that reads free-text Roman Urdu and voice notes and books by itself.
NextReply is the third option. There is no menu tree to design and nothing to code: you add your services, prices, timings, staff and FAQs in plain language, and the assistant holds the conversation. When you change a rate before Eid, you edit one line. When a new stylist joins, you add her calendar.
Booking rules such as service length and buffers are on the appointment booking page; calendar sync is on the Google Calendar page.
"Mera number chala jaye ga?" No. NextReply supports WhatsApp Coexistence, Meta's official way to run the WhatsApp Business app and the Business Platform on the same number. Your number stays on your signboard, your visiting cards and in your customers' phones. Your team keeps the app and can reply personally at any time; the AI covers the rest. See the Coexistence page.
You set hours for each day, with breaks. Many Pakistani businesses close for Jummah on Friday afternoon, keep Sunday as a weekly off or run a shorter Sunday, and stay open late in the evening. The assistant only offers slots inside your hours and books the next open time when you are closed.
Seasons matter even more. During Ramadan, salons and clinics shift to evening and late-night hours after iftar and taraweeh. Chand Raat brings the year's biggest rush for mehndi and makeup. The wedding season from November to February fills bridal diaries months ahead. In each case you change the timetable in minutes and the assistant follows it from the next message.
Because NextReply runs in the cloud, it keeps replying even when your shop's internet or power is down, and the bookings are waiting in your calendar when you are back online.
No-shows hurt clinics and salons everywhere, and they hurt more on a Saturday evening or the week before Eid. Many start with a booking that was never clear in the first place. NextReply ends every booking with a written confirmation in the same WhatsApp chat: the service, the doctor or stylist, the day and the exact time. If the customer cannot come, she replies "kal nahi ho sakega, parson?" and the assistant moves her to a free slot, so the old one is freed for someone else.
Automatic appointment reminders are coming soon. They are built and waiting for Meta's template approval; when they launch they will be WhatsApp template messages billed by Meta per message, sent only to customers who agree to receive them.
Many Pakistani salons, boutiques-turned-studios and clinics get their first message on Instagram or a Facebook Page. NextReply runs on WhatsApp today, on every plan, and that is where it understands Roman Urdu voice notes and books appointments. Instagram DMs, Facebook Messenger and Telegram are coming soon and will share the same assistant and calendar, so a "price?" DM will get the same answer and booking flow as a WhatsApp message.
Until then, add a WhatsApp link to your Instagram bio and Facebook Page so enquiries reach the assistant that already books. Email hello@nextreply.io to hear when each channel launches, or see the channels overview.
Then send your own number a Roman Urdu message and a voice note to test it. Most businesses are live the same day.
Pakistani owners often ask whether they need company registration to use an AI assistant on WhatsApp. Meta asks businesses to complete business verification to raise messaging limits and use some features, and it accepts official documents that show your business name and address. In Pakistan that usually means an SECP certificate of incorporation, an NTN certificate or another official document such as a utility bill in the business name.
Many small businesses start with a modest volume and complete verification as they grow. We guide you through what Meta asks for during setup. Our article on the WhatsApp Business API in Pakistan covers documents and timelines in detail.
Pakistan does not yet have a comprehensive personal data protection law in force; a Personal Data Protection Bill has been under discussion for several years, and the Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act 2016 covers some misuse of data. Customers still expect discretion, especially patients and bridal clients. NextReply is designed to collect only what a booking needs, never asks for CNIC numbers or card details in chat, passes medical questions to staff and lets you control who can read conversations.
Since 15 January 2026, Meta's WhatsApp Business Solution Terms bar general-purpose AI chatbots. Business assistants for bookings and customer support remain allowed. NextReply answers only from your business information, books appointments and hands over to people.
