WhatsApp AI pricing for the UAE, in plain numbers

NextReply's WhatsApp AI pricing in the UAE is simple: three monthly plans, sized by how many bookings the assistant takes for you. Starter is $29, Pro is $59 and Business is $99 a month. There are no per-agent seats and no AI credits to top up, and every plan starts with a 7-day free trial.

Prices are in US dollars. At checkout, your card or bank may show an estimate in dirhams. Local taxes may apply. The price is the same whether your business is in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah or Ras Al Khaimah.

Every plan includes the part that matters most: an AI receptionist that replies on WhatsApp 24/7, understands voice notes and photos, answers in the customer's language and books straight into Google Calendar. The higher plans add history, editing tools, integrations and onboarding help. If you want to see the features before the prices, start with the feature overview.

Which plan fits a UAE business like yours?

The simplest way to choose is to count last month's bookings and add a margin for your busy season. Some typical cases:

Starter, $29: one location, one team

A three-chair salon in Al Barsha or a physiotherapy room in Al Nahda, Sharjah might take 200 to 400 bookings a month. Starter covers that, with 24/7 replies and calendar booking. You set your services and FAQs during onboarding.

Pro, $59: busy teams that fine-tune often

A clinic in Dubai Healthcare City with several doctors, or a spa near Dubai Marina that changes its packages every month, will want to edit services, hours and FAQs themselves and read back through past chats. Pro adds full conversation history, chat review, self-service editing and priority support, with room for 1,500 bookings.

Business, $99: high volume and connected systems

A brokerage with agents in Business Bay and on Palm Jumeirah, or a group of studios across Dubai and Abu Dhabi, usually wants each booking in a CRM. Business removes the booking cap and sends bookings to your CRM by webhook, or through Zapier, Make, HubSpot or Google Sheets, with a testing dashboard and dedicated onboarding.

Ramadan and the cooler months from October to April are peak season for many UAE salons, spas and clinics. If you are close to a limit, pick the plan that covers your busiest month, not your average one. The 7-day free trial is a good way to measure real booking volume before you choose.

What counts as a booking

A booking is an appointment the assistant creates in your calendar. Conversations that end without a booking do not count: answering "Do you do keratin?" or "Where can I park?" is free of plan limits, however many times customers ask. A reschedule your team makes to an existing booking does not count as a new one.

This is a deliberate choice. Many WhatsApp tools charge by seats, contacts or AI credits, which makes a busy enquiry month expensive even when few people book. We would rather you pay for the outcome you care about. If you want to see how the booking flow behaves, read how NextReply works step by step.

WhatsApp Business API pricing for UAE numbers: what Meta bills separately

Your NextReply plan pays for the AI receptionist. Meta, which owns WhatsApp, runs its own per-message pricing on the WhatsApp Business Platform, and some messages carry a Meta fee on top of your plan. Here is how it works in 2026:

  • Template messages are billed per delivered message. Since 1 July 2025 Meta charges per template, by category: marketing, utility and authentication. Messages your business starts outside a chat, such as reminders and campaigns (both coming soon on NextReply), are templates.
  • Customer-started chats run in a service window. When a customer messages you, a 24-hour customer-service window opens and the assistant replies inside it.
  • Replies inside the service window stay free. Meta does not charge for replies inside the 24-hour customer-service window, or for utility templates sent inside it; it charges per delivered template message outside it. Check Meta's current rate card for UAE numbers before you budget.
  • Rates differ by country. The fee depends on the customer's country code, not yours, so a template to a UK number costs a different amount from one to a +971 number.

The only reliable figures are Meta's own, so we link to Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform pricing page rather than reprint numbers that change. For a typical salon or clinic, most traffic is inbound booking chats, so Meta charges stay small next to the plan price. Campaigns to large lists are where Meta fees grow.

AI receptionist cost in Dubai, compared with the alternatives

Owners usually weigh three options when WhatsApp gets busy:

  1. Hire another receptionist. In the UAE that means salary, visa, medical insurance, end-of-service gratuity and still no cover at 1am. A human is the right answer for warm, in-person service. It is an expensive answer for repetitive late-night questions.
  2. Use the free tools in the WhatsApp Business app. Away messages, quick replies and Meta's own AI features can answer simple questions. They do not check a calendar and book a real slot. Our comparison with Meta Business AI sets out where each one stops.
  3. Pay a developer for a custom bot. Freelance builds that connect WhatsApp to Google Calendar are common in the Gulf. They cost a one-off fee, then break when an API changes, and you own the upkeep.

NextReply sits between these: a monthly plan, ready in an afternoon, with no code to maintain. If you are weighing other WhatsApp platforms, our tool comparison and the broadcast-tool alternative page compare booking features side by side.

Business owner answering customer messages on her smartphone

Instagram and Messenger chatbot pricing: coming soon

Today NextReply runs on WhatsApp, and WhatsApp is live on every plan. Instagram DMs, Facebook Messenger and Telegram are coming soon. When they launch, they will connect to the same assistant, so a follower who asks "price?" under a reel gets the same accurate answer and the same calendar as a WhatsApp customer.

We have not announced how those channels will sit across the plans, so we will not guess here. What we can say is how the platforms themselves work. Meta does not charge per message for replies on Instagram or Messenger the way it does for WhatsApp templates; the main limit there is time, because businesses can reply freely within 24 hours of the customer's last message. Telegram has no per-message fee, but a customer has to start the chat with your bot first.

Until those channels go live, put a WhatsApp link in your Instagram bio and on your Facebook Page so enquiries land where the assistant already books. Email hello@nextreply.io if you want to hear when each channel launches. The channels overview explains each channel's rules.

Paying in US dollars, taxes and invoices

Prices are in US dollars. At checkout, your card or bank may show an estimate in your local currency, and the final amount in dirhams on your statement depends on your bank's exchange rate and any card fees it charges. Local taxes may apply.

Your invoice shows the plan and the billing period. For an annual budget, multiply the monthly plan price by twelve and allow for exchange-rate movement. If you need a quote document for a purchase order, or have a billing question, email hello@nextreply.io or use the contact page. Existing customers can reach support at support@nextreply.io.

Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time and stop at the end of the paid period; we don't refund partial months unless the law requires it.

Questions people ask

Is there a free trial?

Yes. Every plan, Starter, Pro and Business, starts with a 7-day free trial. You connect WhatsApp, add your services and hours, and let the assistant handle real customers for a week before your first payment.

Do I pay WhatsApp (Meta) fees as well?

Some messages carry a Meta fee on top of your plan, mainly template messages your business starts, such as campaigns. Replies inside the 24-hour customer-service window are free. Rates are set by Meta per country; check Meta's official pricing page for current UAE rates.

Why are prices in US dollars and not dirhams?

We use one fixed US dollar price in every country: $29, $59 or $99 a month. At checkout, your card or bank may show an estimate in dirhams. Local taxes may apply.

What happens if I go over my booking limit?

Switch to the next plan up. If you know a busy period is coming, such as Ramadan or the wedding season, upgrade before it starts and move back down afterwards.

Is NextReply allowed on WhatsApp in 2026?

Yes. Meta's terms bar general-purpose AI chatbots. NextReply is a business assistant that answers questions about your services, books appointments and hands chats to your team, which is permitted use.

Do I need the Business plan to keep my WhatsApp Business app?

No. WhatsApp Coexistence, which lets you keep the app and your number, works on every plan. See the Coexistence page before you connect.

Which plan includes onboarding help?

Business includes dedicated onboarding, where we help you load services, hours and FAQs and test the flow. On Starter and Pro you follow the guided setup, and Pro adds priority support if you get stuck.

Are appointment reminders included?

Appointment reminders are coming soon and are not live yet. Today every plan sends a written booking confirmation in the same WhatsApp chat, books into Google Calendar and alerts you to each new booking.
